Some poker room affiliates become 'rakeback affiliates', i.e they try to incentivise players (to sign up with the poker rooms through their sites) by offering them a percentage of this commission back Usually this is about 80% of what the Rakeback affiliate is getting from the poker room. As you'll read on the reviews page, 30% rake back is pretty standard. The rakeback can be paid by one of several methods including direct to some poker accounts, Neteller, PayPal, cheque or Bank Transfer. Poker rooms will often refer to rakeback as a "customer loyalty program".
